Well, today is the first day of my knew plans:) And I am exciting! Nothing but good can come out of this...Im tell'in ya now! Look out this summer cause Lori is on her wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy! }( }( LOL

So I have my book wrote up until next Mon.I really want to start journaling what I eat and I know some days I am busier then others, but never to busy to write down what I poked in my mouth! Today was also supppose to be a rest day but it doesn't seem right to rest when I am starting a new "plan".

Anyway, I know not many are around on Sun's but hopefully someone will stop by and acknowledge my exsistants;( ;( ;( :)
Lori:)

"IS MISSY HUNGOVER AGAIN?"!?!?! Girl, don't you know that I am a decent, good, law-abiding Christian woman? How could you do say something so vicious!!! :p Ummmmmm, because it is true! :p :p :p :p :p I am feeling MUCH better today. I am starting to wonder if I was really hungover, though. I had a nasty tummy thing going on and it went from my tummy and moved on down (if you catch my drift). I wonder if it was a flu thing. I talked to my girlfriend who hosted that night and she was CRACKING up at me! She had four FULL glasses of wine and was completely fine, and she saw that I only had two HALF glasses and guzzled water after that. Which reaffirms my first conclusion: I am an alchohol wimp!

Oh, Lori, is that your cowboy yeehaw accent? That is hilarious! Yer perty good lil laydee! :)

Yesterday I didn't do anything because I felt so awful!!!! Today is a five mile run for me and then grocery shop. :) I have to pick up some veggies, tofu/tempeh and meat for my carnivorous family. ;) Oooh, and almond butter, I want to try that. And I need more nuts and pasta and sauces..... mind if I write my list here? :p

I think that journaling is great, Miss Lori. I did that for a while and helped me, it really did. And I know that I told you what my goals were going to be, running endurance and praying with DH, but those are pretty much give ins so I am adding something that I am not doing anyways. I thought about this really hard and know that I am really going to need help with it (which affirms that indeed I will be praying more! ;P ). No sugar for the month of March. I did it in June, July and September. I can do it again. I will do it again. That is my goal: no sugar. Alright, let's do it!!! I have two more days to eat my girlscout cookies. I CAN DO IT! :7

Okay, I am off to get ready for church, you guys have a blessed day!!! :D :D :D :D :D

Missy

Well, its a good thing that you are not hungover...cause that wouldn't look good in church! Funny, DH always says he as some sort of bug when he is hungover...Sounds a bit like YOU!!!:7 But it is possible if it moved south! LOL Glad you are feeling better.

So you are going to eat cookies for 2 more days, hey? I wanted to start today b/c I like starting at the beginning of the week.Weird but true.
I just finished my bowl of oatmeal and then I am going to do HST or HSC with 5 min runs.So the workout won't be that long.
I am trying to decide what I am going to have for dinner and should I invite my in-laws? But 9 chances out of 10, my MIL probably already as something started and then we would just be invited down there.
I will check it out.I am in the mood to do something.
Anyhoo...
Lori:)

Which do you like better, HSC or HST? I have HSC and really like it, but the cardio is lacking and my heart rate just disappears during the last half hour. I am pmsing so I am feeling lazy, but I would let my in-laws invite me over. :p It is for totally selfish reasons: I won't have to cook, I don't have to worry about anyone spilling drinks on my stuff, I don't have to worry about major cleaning up... totally selfish reasons, though I still have to make my own meals - as long as I don't have to do anyone else's! But like I said, I am pmsing so I am selfish. You know what an angel I really am. http://www.smileys.ws/smls/grinning/00000022.gif I feel so b*tchy today, can you tell? In two days, I will be fine. :)
Don't you just love having a treadmill? You can add it to any workout, it's awesome!!!

Okay, now I really have to go. First I have to kick my DH out of bed and complain about the fact that I ALWAYS have to get up with the kids while he sleeps in and IT'S NOT FAIR! Then I have to get the kids ready while said DH spends an hour in the shower and in front of the mirror admiring afore mentioned DH's body. Then after the kids are ready, I will have about 5 minutes to get myself ready. So what the heck am I doing here?????..... See? Totally b*tchy. I have to go and ask God's forgiveness now. :D

See you later, have an awesome day!!!

Missy

I think she moves way to fast in HSC.When I first got the workout, I use to have to pause it all the time b/c I never knew what she was doing! I get beat out, just by chasing her around!
I just finished my workout and I need to get all cleaned up and start my day:) It wouldn't hurt to clean the house a little but I am going to do big cleaning tomorrow, so why bother?
I know how you feel about DH sleeping in.DH is awful for sleeping in.He just loves to sleep.Even when he as to be somewhere, he is always late, b/c he rolled over and went back to sleep. It drives me insane! So, Im with ya on that one!

Anyway...gotta go...gotta go...what will I have for lunch?
Lori:)

Wow - you girls are busy this morning! I've been reading Oxygen magazine and watching my recorded Knitty Gritty shows. I'm so LAZY this morning. But I need to go work out and shower and go visit my mom at the hospital and go grocery shopping. And Missy - I didn't go to church today and I swore I would. :( But I will go next week. Mark my words!

Lori - I can't believe you're starting to be good on a Sunday. Always a Monday for me. You're so good!

Talk to you later!

Lori - I was reading the Moment of Truth from a couple of days ago when you said we should all post progress pics at the end of March (GASP!) and I was thinking more like June 1st. What do you think of that? We'll probably all have more results by then.

Anyone???

Oh I agree. We will have alot more progress by June month. But I will say I am going to take one lot of pics every month...doesn't matter if I post them or not.Just to see what I have accomplished and it keeps me motivated. I know there won't be big improvements but I may take them anyway.

Alright...gotta go check the cake in the oven.
Lori:)

Hi Ladies!!!

Lori, you sound (through your typing) like the typical accent I hear around here everyday!! I am not originally from southern Indiana so when I moved here 6 years ago, I was in shock with the accent. I am used to it now and don't notice it so much. I even say "you all" now. I know....crazy!!

Missy, I have a funny story. I good friend of mine had a bit too much to drink a few weeks ago on a Sat night. She was up puking all night long and was too tired and hung over to go to church on Sunday. The people of her church only heard about the "puking" part of her night. Thinking she was home with the stomach flu, the whole congregation prayed for her during church!!!! LOL!!!

Well, my goals start tomorrow. Every Sunday, we eat at my mil's and she makes the best food in the world!! And I eat it all!!

Oh, thanks for the diet info, Lori. Actually, I have never tried a "diet" before. I used to just eat clean and eat small portions. Recently, my mom was been researching antifungal diets and talking about the high mold content in a lot of grains, cereals, etc. From this, she has discovered how mold causes underlying health (and obvious health) problems. One thing that I was going through is allergies (from ladybugs...we have a ton of ladybugs around here and they get into our house all winter) and I was getting very tired during the day. I probably get 7-8 hours of sleep at night so I shouldn't get that tired. Since I switched to low carb, my energy level has gone through the roof. I do miss the fruit (I used to eat a ton of fruit), but am finding a new love in veggies.

Better go...talk tomorrow!
