Where are all my girlfriends? WAKE UP!!!!!!! NOW!!!!!!

Anyone watch the Biggest Loser last night? Whatcha think if you did? Wow, the blue team kicked some butt this time! Sorry, but the mom on the red team didn't put much effort into it. A commercial came on later of Big Momma's House 2 and had Big Bad Momma running along the beach. That is what we will all look like if we have too many sugar binges...remember that, o.k.? That was really grossy! My hips hurt from running yesterday. Not use to it, but need to get use to it. I really enjoyed it! I didn't really think about big butts and such while running, but instead concentrated on sore hamstrings and like that sore feeling so kept it going as long as I could. I am working upper body today and I got to clean this house of mine. My son overslept and didn't hear his alarm so I got to drive him to school today. x( Going to be another lovely 60 degree day! The ground hog is going to seem silly coming out of his hole...what is he going to see....6 more weeks of winter? Hasn't been a winter. LOL!

Never watch the Biggest Loser, sorry. I might, however, be tempted to watch Survivor...it starts tonight!

I never had to worry about missing a bus because where I grew up, the town was small so everything was walkable...unfortunately for me! LOL :p

Running...I swear in the spring I am going to try it. So many do it and love it...I gotta see what all of the fuss is about! ;)

Today is supposed to be HSC but I don't have it so I'll be doing some other circuit work out today.

Get that house clean!:)

Well, instead of using my morning for exercise I decided to get some housework done instead...I vacuumed and washed dishes which were the only things that really need to be done at this point....I need to vacuum the stairs and UPstairs but not while Joey is sleeping as I need to vacuum HIS room too. I'll put him in the pac-n-play later to do that....

So not only do I have to do an hour long circuit work out today but I just realized that I have to follow that up with a 30 mins sub for MIC hi/lo!:eek: Cathe is evil but I love her!;)

Okay, gotta collect the little guy for breakfast!

Here I am! But just a quick visit. I am at DH's store and I have a little bit of work to do! And I may get busted using the computer!:eek:

I am getting off at 3:30 and then I am going to workout.Not sure what yet.I will be back later for a chat.

I agree with you charlotte on the biggest loser.The blue team deserved to win. The red teams mom wasn't into the game at all.And it wasn't even close! Like 50 + lbs more!

Happy Groundhog Day!!!!

I'm at work, working away (apparently not if I'm typing to you!!!). I'm swamped (whine, whine, whine) but wanted to take a few minutes to say hey.

Charlotte, I hate to break it to you, but it's already 2006! Hehehe. And to answer your question of yesterday, I have a Bowflex. If I do a Cathe video for weight work, I usually like to follow up with at least leg extensions since I think the quads are harder to work without a machine.

This morning I did a Spinervals video and it kicked my butt as usual. I try to work as hard as I can. My friends want to ride outside on Saturday if it's not windy. It's supposed to get up to 50, but one of them has to ride early, so it will probably be chilly. It's supposed to be pretty windy through Sunday, but every once in awhile we get a calmer morning than afternoon. So we'll see. I've only been on the bike about once a week lately in the basement, so hopefully I won't pass out!

Hey - did I tell you girls my heart rate got up to 197 doing Imax 2 the other day??? That's the highest it's gotten ever. When I ride hills, it gets to about 191 or 192, but that's the most. I couldn't believe it! Lance, here I come! If he can get his over 200, so can I!!! :)

Lori, I hope you come back and visit us soon. But we wouldn't want you to get fired, so be careful.

Poor groundhog actually saw 6 more weeks of winter. You're right Charlotte, we haven't had a winter. Isn't it weird?

Hey Beauties:) That must have earned me a couple of points???:) :)

I left work at 1 and I paid a few bills in between that.Then I got my workout in.I did a 8 mile run but now I am debating doing weights.I have been a little lose in that area.I really think I need new videos.I want to do weights, its just that I don't want to do any of the workouts I have in there!:eek:

Now, if my memory serves me correctly was Susna not complaining about a body part the other day.Like her back or hips or something.And now Charlotte is complaining about her hips? What is going on here? Can someone explain to me how, two sexy YOUNG women are talking like OLD GRANNYS? Then again this granny as problems with her knees from time to time;( :7
Well, I think I am going to call it a day.I am going to do abs and then get in the shower.DH and I are going out for dinner tonight and we were planning on going out around 6.Thats only 45 min away.I think it will be closer to 6:30.

Pick..pick...pick...you are reminding me of hubby. Too early I suppose for me to think when posting this morning of the new year. Oh, I am jealous you have a bowflex!!!! What alot of fun you probably have with that! Good grief!

Well ladies, I did my own pyramid version of biceps and triceps. This is what I did. Cheat curls with 65# 20X's, dropped to 55# and did 25x's, 45# going further down and did 30x's. Then I just ended up with the 25# bar and curled that the usual way 35x's...what a burn baby! Youch! Tricep extension off smith machine with 50#, 3 sets of 10's. Kickbacks with 10#, 3 sets of 10's and 35# plate over head 10x's, dropped to 30# for another 10 reps and then finially 25# and 10 reps. I will work shoulders, chest/back and do lowmax tomorrow. I am trying to fry my legs more.

That's right Lori - no granny here either! Yes, it was my hip, but you don't see me with a cain, do you??? :)

Charlotte - I'm just happy you started the post, even if it was in the wrong year. You have the perfect body and you're gorgeous, so what the heck else am I going to pick on? :) Wow - you lifted a lot as usual. I hope no one tries to mess with you or you'll kick their @ss!

Lori - I hope you have fun at dinner tonight. I'm looking forward to our dinner even though it's just a sub shop. But it's really good. It's pretty pricey though, so it's good they don't have one here. It was so windy yesterday (and still is today) that my friend went over to Laramie where we're going and his Nissan Murano was averaging EIGHT miles per gallon on the way over into the wind (his typical highway average is 23 - 24 miles per gallon). He said on the summit the winds were 75mph. On his way back last night he was averaging 40-45 miles per gallon. Can you believe that??? Needless to say I'd better go fill up with gas before we leave!
