Good Morning:)

I wonder is someone soon going to post that this thread should die? LOL:7 :7 We have had the moment of truth going for a while!:eek:

Anyway, am on a day off today.Can you beleive it? But thats not to say that the phone didn't ring at 7 in the morning. I was lying in bed thinking..."you can't be serious"? Sure enough.The girl that always calls in sick just happens to be sick today! I couldn't go in.My mom is comming in today so I will be doing things with her.Plus I just worked 76 hours in the last 6 days.It just irritates me b/c I know she is home painting her kids room and thats why she doesn't want to come to work.UGH!!!!!!!!!! Then I end up feeling bad b/c I am the only girl who can work this shift and I like the extra money at the end of the month, but sometimes its just not worth it!

So I ran last night and I did GS Bic and Shoulders. Im not sure what I will do today.Dh and I are going out for dinner tonight so I am hoping to get a workout in at some point today b/c I may not pick the healthiest thing on the menu:eek:

For a minute there I thought you were taking a day off of working out! But then I remembered it's YOU and you don't listen to your doctor! :)

I've got to go work out and then DH is picking me up for work b/c the dealer has my car until later today. So I am going to work a little later today than usual. Of course I better get my butt to the basement or I'm only going to have an hour to work out and I need an hour and a half today.

What do you mean this thread should die? I don't think so! Bite your tongue and don't mention it again. I'm sure we will all accept your apology.

I'm gonna go pretend I'm Charlotte and try to lift heavy, heavy this morning. I wonder if I'll be able to make it back up the stairs??? I'm pretty tired as I was awake for a couple of hours in the middle of the night thinking about all the things I have to get done at work. :( I hate when I do that. So hopefully I won't hurt myself playing Charlotte.

Then I am going to pretend I am you today too. Actually I was thinking about doing some running today. It is a nice day. I will look dumb trying to run since I haven't done it in awhile, but I don't think anyone is home right now so that is nice! LOL! I will be panting like Brad Pitt is waiting for me at the end of the road! LOL!
I am going to do 1000 crunches today. I feel like I need a good kick in the abs. I did some ab work yesterday, but was pressed for time so didn't get in enough so round 2 today! LOL! Stinky is demanding my attention right now. She is just sitting down barking at me. Gosh!!!!!!

Well, Susan, forgive all you want to, but I refuse to! That was blasphemous, Lori, shame on you! :p I love you, for real, I could never stay mad at you for any amount of time! :)

Yeah, Charlotte! No cavities, that is awesome! How could you, though? You don't eat anything that decays enamel! :) Where are you going to run and how far? You could do an interval run, ya' know? Run for five minutes and then walk for two. I know that running isn't your favorite, so good for you for doing it! :D

Susan, we have been sharing the same nights, I think! I haven't been sleeping too well, either. Of course I haven't been eating well either, and I think that is my pitfall. My cell phone is ringing! My cell phone NEVER rings!!! I wonder who is calling... I don't even think that anyone has my number... only my mom, Dan, and .... I hope it isn't a solicitor. Crap. Anywyas, have fun lifting like Charlotte Hulk! Let us know how you feel tomorrow!

Okay, my moment of truth....... I am back on the wagon. The sin wagon. The sugar-sin wagon. I have been eating terribly, and I have zapped my energy and I need help! My checkins I think will be to help me get back off that darned wagon! I don't eat sugar because when I have a little, I crave and literally inhale what I can see and smell, so I stay away from it. I have been on a four day sugar binge, and I feel sick and I am tired of it. I am changing right now! Tomorrow, when I check it, I will proudly tell you that I have not eaten any sugar, okay? And the day after, and the day after, and the day after... When I hop on and tell you I ate a Twix or something, I need you guys to burn me at the stake and tell my all the reasons sugar is bad for me. I need negative reinforcement to keep me from stuffing myself. If you love me, you will be as mean to me as possible, okay? :p OKay, I am off to start a new book!

SUSAN, just in case you didn't see it before, I am training for the mini-marathon in Indianapolis. ;) I will type this each day until you acknowledge it so you will quit pestering me! }( }( }( :p :+ :p }( }( I am kidding, of course! ;)

I just finished IMAX 2 intervals 6-10 plus body max step and abs. I don't have what is truly called for in the rotation today so I had to sub and I added in the ab work on my own. I did it all at once today and I am WHOOPED!!!

My lunch is about ready so I must go eat now!:9

Missy, Missy, Missy!!!!!!!!! WHOA GIRL....NO MORE SUGAR! Now stop that!!!!!! Think big butt, do you want that? Oh, stop eating that damn crap when you know it will only set you back!!!! It ain't worth all the hard work and sweat you put into your workouts. As hard as you work, I doubt it if alittle sugar will do much to set you back, but don't get greedy!!!!!!! Think...DAMAGE..DAMAGE and more DAAAMMMAAAGGGEE!!!! Yucky gooey and ooey cellulite...YUCK..YUCK and YICKYUCK!!! O.k., I am done with all my crunching (no, not eating donuts...REAL crunching on the floor..moving body? So now I am off to run. Think I will take your advice and run 5 mins and then walk 2 to get back in the groove again. I will see how it goes. I will think about chocolate donuts and big butts while I am running so maybe I will go further? You better think about it too with me. I know when my son is in the car and he opens up a chocolate bar and I smell it. I swear I want to die! LOL! I right away get a mental image of some lard butt in my head and then I don't want it. Now, take my hand and think the same way...come on now!

LOL!!! :7:7:7 You guys are the best, thank you! Charlotte, enjoy your run, and Wendy, you are such a good example for Joey. You guys rock and I feel grateful to be able to hop on here any time and get encouragement from you guys. My cup runneth over!!! :D

Missy, your cup may runneth over, but your butt and your belly are going to runneth over too if you keep this sugar binge up (I know that's not really true b/c you look awesome and would never let it get to that, but I couldn't resist)! Every time you have the urge to eat sugar, ask yourself if it's worth hauling around the extra poundage on your runs. If it is, then go for it. If you're willing to let sugar slow you down, have at it! But since you're training for the MINI-MARATHON IN INDANAPOLIS (just so you know I acknowledged it - and I think it's AWESOME that you're doing it - how long is a mini?) you should be thinking about what you are putting in your mouth and it should be fueling your runs, not dragging you down. The more you gain the slower you'll be and you will be so angry at yourself if you keep it up. We, of course, will continue to love you no matter what. I LOVE Charlotte's idea. I think I'll try it. When I am tempted I'm going to think of big ole cellulite butts!!!

DH surprised me and had to pick me up early, so I couldn't play Charlotte today. I had to do Bootcamp instead. But at the end I did 90 lb. leg extensions - 3 sets of 12 b/c that's all I had time for. I'm sure that's half the weight you can lift Charlotte, but I didn't want to show you up. :) Oh - Charlotte you asked me if I have a treadmill. Nope. I used to but after my marathon I couldn't really run anymore so I gave it to my friend. She loves it. I think I'd like to get an elliptical, but I need an expensive one b/c the cheaper ones bother my hip. And I have to work hard on them to make sure I get a good workout. But I'd like some variety in my cardio aside from Cathe workouts and the bike. When the better weather gets here I'll mostly ride outside for cardio, but until then...

Wow, I'm gabby today. I best get back to work!

Wendy- I think the same thing! She knows I will go in and work for her so she knows her a$$ is always covered.I was talking to the girl who phoned here today and she said that my boss was probably a bit upset today b/c he knows that she isn't sick and she couldn't get anyone in in place of her.I know she was painting her daughters room. Im willing to put money on it.Thats what she was doing yesterday and I bet she wanted to finish it today.She is such a tool!

Susan- Have fun with your lifting? Is DH standing by? or is there a littlist hobo who can run for help? (do you remember that show?) I can't imagine lifting as much as Charlotte lifts!

Missy- Can I join you in the no sugar no junk? But I have to start tomorrow b/c I have already had sugar today! hahaha I eat to much of it.Never pieces of cake or whole cookies but I will put a small chocolate in mouth, or have a spoonfull of ice cream...you get the picture.I just don't want my weight to creep back up and I know it will if I don't watch it.Actually, maybe I will run out and buy a new little journal to write my food down in.

Cahrlotte- You are such a good girl! Did the doc give you a treat? Like a new toothbrush? I dont know why we don't get treats, why the kids and not us????:p :p

DH and I were suppose to be going out for dinner tonight but the weather is crap here and I really don't want to go outside so we are going to postpone until tomorrow night.That way I will workout later and watch American Idol and the Biggest Loser.I wonder what family won.
But now I have to make dinner:-( I think I am just going to make some homemade pork burgers.

Lori, let's do it! I was already bad today, too. I went to Walmart and got some clusters - peanuts covered in sugar-rich chocolate. And there were very little peanuts. I felt so sick when I was done, so I hopped on and asked for a flogging from Drill Sargeant Charlotte, Master Cheif Susan and General Wendy! http://www.smileys.ws/smls/action/00000039.gif And as evil as our friends are, they did it! :p I did Imax 3, and now I am soooooo determined to start RIGHT NOW and give up that junk! For dinner tonight, I am making meatballs with sketti :)P) for the kids and DH, and I am making spaghetti with seitan (wheat meat) for myself. I learned how to make it, the texture is so similar to ground beef that I can't tell the difference, so it doesn't feel like I am missing out on anything! Hey, I didn't do too bad! Went for a 45 minute run. Did some walking inbetween, but tried to run more. I felt the endorphines flowing big time! Entire body flushed and I felt a rush! I really woke up my legs. Had no problems squatting heavy 2 hours later in 3 sets of 10. Did some leg curls too. Was listening to Thrice while working out. I think some of this emo music I am liking. Oh, my! Is that good or bad? I was listening to "Music Box" while doing the squats. Not really what I would normally listen to. LOL!

How do you do those leg extensions? Do you have some kind of special equipment. The only leg presses I know of our the ones Cathe does in ME with 10# plate.
