Moment of Truth April 6th

I would like to pre-order, but since her recovery is still up in the air, I'm saving my money and waiting to see the reviews and pics that Cathe will post after filming. I'm sure I will get them and absolutely love them to death, just waiting to hear more, I guess.

I preordered but I preorder through CKSALES, which is a Canadian company and they don't charge your card until the workouts are shipped.Maybe thats why its not bothering me.Maybe if I had been charged I may see things a little differently.
Lori:)

I preordered at the very beginning but all of the waiting made me antsy so I cancelled just a couple of weeks ago and ordered something I would get right away! :7 I will now probably just wait until they are released and if I want them I can pick them up in the future.... :)

ETA:

Lori...stop being such a nudge, woman!!!:p I'm gonna try Muscle Max THIS week, okay!!! LOL I will do HSC next week! I PROMISE! Remind me on monday!:)

Sara...I'll bet your "FILTHY" house looks like mine does when it is CLEAN! LOL Are you one of the clean-freaky types? :D I was giggling to myself reading about your daughter not doing well when she takes a morning nap because my son takes his first nap around 11:30 am usually and then will nap again right after dinner and sometimes sleep right through to his evening bottle and go right back to bed w/no problems an hour later!!! That's my boy!:+ Do ya hate me now? ;) :p

Charlotte, have fun shopping!!! That's my favorite pastime!;)

Vilma, hope you are having a good day!

Good afternoon Chickadees!!!

I had major cramps this morning and so I called in to work and said I'd be late then I went back to bed with my heating pad. No workout for me this morning so now I have to do it tonight. But I WILL!!! I haven't decided what I'm going to do yet - I probably ought to do a Spinervals workout, but the elliptical is calling my name. Saturday for our girls' ride, we're planning on doing 30 miles and I need to get more time in on the bike, so it will probably be Spinervals. Or maybe I'll do like Lori and ride while watching a movie. There's a ride they're planning in early May that will be about 65 miles. I'm not sure if I want to do it b/c the ride back will be uphill. I want the ride back to be downhill! I'm a baby, huh?

Missy - it sounds like you're having a blast.

I wonder if we should change the title of this thread to Workout and Clean House Check-in??? I did vacuum this morning before I came to work. And I also stopped at Starbuck's and got my new favorite thing - steamed skim milk with fat free vanilla flavoring. YUMMY!!! I don't go there very often, but this morning I felt like I deserved it for having to put up with cramps. I told my doctor that if a woman isn't able to have children, she shouldn't have to put up with any of that other woman stuff!!! It's really not fair if you ask me. :)

Charlotte - can't wait to see your new clothes. You know how Lori feels about showing off though. I got busted by her for that yesterday - oh wait - that was bragging. Same thing??? :7

I hope you are all having a wonderful day! Wendy - your next baby may not be so easy now that you have told Sara how good you have it with Joey! You might want to apologize and see if you can save yourself. :p

LMAO Susan! You are funny! :7 I know how easy I have it w/Joey and I tell people all of the time! I thank my lucky stars that he is such an easy baby and I KNOW what my next one is gonna be like!!!!}( }( }( I'm glad your cramps finally went away and I agree on what you told your doc...it should all STOP if having kids is not an option!;)

Well, I forced my self to work out and I feel human now. Thank goodness! :) I did 60 mins of cardio on the rebounder + 15 mins of ab work. Time for coffee!!!!:9

Good job Wendy! I know there have been posts about this, but I never read them. Is the Rebounder a good workout? It must be or you wouldn't be doing it and you wouldn't be seeing those great results you're getting! Did I just answer my own question?

Is the rebounder, that 1/2 ball thingy?:) DH and I were talking about that one the other day.I bet thats a good workouts.
Well, if I get pregnant again I hope to have a baby like Wendy CLAIMS he is! None of us really know the truth now do we?;)

Susan, I agree, I will talk about here is cleaning and working out.Lets talking about something more interestiing....like sex or something:+
Lori:)

Oh..and I am glad you are feeling better!

Susan and Lori,

The rebounder, Lori, is a mini-trampoline and yes, Susan, it is a good work out! It's definately not Cathe intensity...but then again...who is??? ;)
I compare it calorie burn wise to a medium intensity step segment. I once did a segment of step till you drop 2 and then I did a rebounder work out and they burned about the same # of calories. It's not gonna make you huff and puff and get all breathless or anything but it's a good lower body muscle worker and it DOES get your heart rate going albeit not enough for a person in good shape to get cardio conditioning benefits...It's more in the fat burning zone which is FINE with me!:+

Did I answer all questions thoroughly and efficiently ladies? ;)

ETA: Lori, the half ball thing is the bosu ball. I don't have one and have never tried it.

Wendy, thank you for your thoroughness. Since I'm a freak about cardio and making sure I'm sweating buckets, I'm not sure it would be for me. I never feel like I'm getting a good workout otherwise. I'm mental, I know. :p

Probably no one around now:-( LOL I just had a little nap (i think) and I am sipping on some coffee. The only reason being is b/c i want to workout.I am hoping to do KM and GS C&T.I may not make it that far though...we will see.I wouldn't mind doing a seg of CM either.I probably have time for that before I pick DD up.

Lori:)

Susan, I know what you mean...I used to be the same way but have gotten over that...well, sort of! LOL I still need to sweat buckets most of the time but I can now appreciate the "lighter side" as well!;)

Lori, so did you finish that 2.5 hour work out you had planned, crazy lady!? }( :p

ETA: Ladies, I must thank you for JINXING me!!!:p My poor little Joey was a wreck from after dinner until bedtime and it's all your fault! PHHHHBBBBBBTTTTT!!!!!:7 He was intermittently cranky and crying and whining and...well, UGH! Just not happy no matter what I did at times. I finally got him changed at 8pm, gave him his bottle and whisked him off to bed. I would have done it sooner if he could have had his bottle earlier. I normally put him down for a nap right after dinner but he took his first nap later so I didn't think he needed it...maybe he did! Aaaaah well, he went to bed fine...it's obviously what he wanted...I haven't heard a peep!:+

Wendy,

Don't you know the sweet baby will go away and a lovely toddler will immerge??? Then, after you think you are safe, THEY TURN 2!!!!!!

Just thought I would throw that in here :)

Oh, by the way, I am cleaning tomorrow. My house is filthy.

I am just messing with you guys! LOL! Incase you did not find one bit of humor in that, it is supposed to be funny. But, it is late....I should go to bed instead of trying to be funny....
