Good morning everyone - I'm trying to start the week off right!
B - 1 slice PB toast on ww; lf yogurt
S - banana, cottage cheese
L - hummus sandwhich; mixed greens salad w mushrooms and red bell pepper
S - I brought a bagle but hope I won't need it
D - It'll include tofu and spinach. Maybe some millet? I forgot to plan. I'm very much into cumin right now, and that seasoning works well with spinach to me.
