Hi, everyone -
It's springtime! I don't care what the calendar says, you ought to feel the weather down here. With that in mind, lots of greens and fruit sound awfully good. It's also time to go grocery shopping so I can get that stuff.

B - PB toast; lf yogurt, OJ
S - orange
L - potatoes and carrots with dill
S - a slightly wilted salad :( with sunflower seeds and wheat germ
D - beans... probably turn it into some sort of chili thing with TVP

B~honey bunches of oats
S~oats and honey granola bar
S~Pria bar?
S~PB granola bar?
S~banana?

just several snacks for me today. It is a day of fasting. Are you supposed to snack when you are fasting? I can't really remember the guidelines...

workout will be Hardcore challenge #2 the circuit one...

I'm thinking fasting means no food. Only liquids. But there are diffent kinds of fasts, like an all fruit fast. I guess you're having a granola fast! ;-)

The calendar may say March here but we're a long way from Spring. Although, I did see the first boat commercial this morning so those guys must be thinking spring!

I haven't planned my day either as we have a visitation today and church tonight so my day will be hectic and we won't be home.

Dinner last night was a pan of roasted cauliflower and brussels sprouts and cottage pie. (it's a hamburger dish my kids like).

Breakfast today is oatmeal, blueberries, and tea of course.

I will get in a crosstrain workout this morning and that's all.

March-April-May are the season of mud for us, not spring.x(

B - 2 slices oatmeal bread toasted w/ PB&J, fresh fruit salad
L - PB&J on whole wheat (do I sense a theme here?), yogurt,carrots, grapes
D - Wendy's mandarin chicken salad
S - banana w PB

Today's workout plan is GS back etc, with 20 or so min of cardio tacked on at the end. Did I mention that I leave for vacation on FRIDAY?

Hello Friends :7

I believe the day of fasting today (Ash Wednesday) means no in-between meal snacks and light simple meals.

My Plan:
B- Wheatena wtih soy milk
S- apple
L- yogurt, carrots, whole grain crackers ( in between errands)
S- coffee, fruit
D- whole wheat pasta with pan roasted broccoli, baby portabella mushrooms, and onions tossed with olive oil and light sprinkle of Parmesean cheese.

S- peppermint tea

***No chocolate for me is truly FASTING!
