Good Morning

I have really enjoyed readign the cookbooks I picked up at the library. FYI I don't think I would make much out of the Moosewood cookbook, It just isn't my taste.

Ok today
B- Wheatena with soy milk
S- apple or nothing
L- may try lentil burger or hummus on hemp bread , raw veggies
S- protein chocolate pudding
D- soy alfredo sauce over whole wheat pasta and broccoli, salad greens
