Good morning, hungry people --

Okay, maybe you're not, but I always seem to be! Is it time for my morning snack yet??? :9

B - steel cut oats with dried cranberries
S - Orange... and maybe a muffin to stave off the rumbling in my tummy
L - Beans and Cornbread
S - more fruit
D - Some sort of potato-veggie bake; ww bread
S - the way things are going, I may need yet another one!!!
 
Good Morning People :)

At the library yesterday I found a few cookbooks of interest. The Mediterranean Vegan Kitchen by donna Klein is particularly interesting. I may have to rethink my pantry for this one. The pastas and appetizers which can be light meals have sparked my interest.

Today
B- egg white scramble w/ green peppers in a locarb wrap
S- protein and/ or fruit
L- not sure- protein, veggie and hi- fiber carb
S- non fat cafe latte, and fruit
D- hopefully a pasta dish from the above cookbook (I'll need to get to the store for this) & salad
s- peppermint tea (decaf)

Good Morning Shannon & Judy and all moderately clean eaters!

Yesterday was ok except I sampled 2 GS cookies!

Today:
B - 1 egg & 3 whites scrambled, smidge of cheese & lo carb toast
S - 1/2 bagel with whipped cream cheese.
L - bean soup, salad, corn muffin
S - Cottage cheese & small orange
D - Turkey sausage, potatoes & steamed vegies

I did lo max this morning and plan to walk at lunch time about 2 miles.

HI Girls,
Well, yesterday didn't go as plannedx( I was home all day and I was a little bored so I found myself roaming through the cupboards. BAD LORI!!!!;) ;)

But today is a new day!
B-Cream of wheat and banana
L-WW english muffin,1 egg,and cheese slicse
S-Low carb shake and a piece of fruit
D-Homemade pizza ( i will have little topics on mine) and a salad for myself.

Good Morning!

B~honey bunches of oats w skim milk
s~a new Kashi bar (chocolate and PB) It was good!
L~I think I am taking my daughter to Taco Bell!!! I will eat a bean burrito, no pop or anything else bad for me!
D~ I am going to try a new recipe for sloppy joes with no meat. wish me luck, as I am making it up as I go along!

Workout was the beginning of GS back, shoulders, biceps. I did back only, will go back later and finish...

Yesterday was good for me. Except for the two Hershey's PB kisses;)

Today:

B - steel cut oats with banana and soy milk
S - apple and 1/2 WW english muffin with pb
L - kinda strange - 4 pieces of sushi and half a piece of lasagna
S - carrots and 12 grain crackers with lf cheese
D - not sure yet

Workout is a 4 mile run and core.
 
Hi Everyone,

It has been hectic at work so I have been able to post for several weeks. I'm going to try to post everyday. I really like getting meal ideas from everyone else.

Workout-AM-GS C&T, Coremax 1, Lunch-40 min ellipt.& 20 min stepper
