Yesterday went well for me. Even though I had no plan
Today:
B - mixed cereal with soy milk and banana
S - apple and half WW English muffin with pb
L - curried veggies and beans with basmati rice (leftovers)
S - orange and WW crackers with lf cheese
D - tuna wrap
Workout is KPC and chest.
