Mix n' Match DVD

Hi Cathe,
I would love to see you do a SUPER HARD strength training DVD that featured one chapter for each body part. Each body part would be worked out for about 10 minutes.

This would allow endless possibilites for us to mix and match the body parts we want to hit (upper or lower, etc) or to add on a body part after a cardio workout. Plus, this DVD could be used for those time crunch days.

Example Chapters:
- warm up
- biceps
- triceps
- back
- butt
- legs/thighs
- abs
- chest
- cool down / stretch

I really, really want to see this as an advanced workout. No wimpy workouts please! ;)
