I would just like to say that this is a good idea. My hubby just put mine up in my living room I purchased a 6 pack of square tiles that he mounted up with double sided tape they were 9.99 at wal-mart What a difference being able to see your form. If you do not have them GET THEM! Any mirror! They helped me out a lot ecspecially the dead lifts and arm rows.

I agree Beth! Mirrors help tremendously with form. I miss mine. My workout room at our last home had a wall covered with them. We have not finished our basement/workout area here and I miss watching my form. Give your hubby a big hug for all his help!

I use my sunroom doors as "mirrors". I can see myself good enough that way, but I agree as you do have to see yourself somehow to check your form often.

Charlotte!

I had an instructor friend (she since has moved away) that I used to get-together with and we would practice our Hi/Lo routines on her backporch patio and watch our form in her patio doors! We still laugh about it to this day what the neighbors must have thought.

I have a cheap 'back of door' mirror that I got for $5 at Walmart. I always use it when doing weight workouts, and it's so light and small, I can move it to where I need it (usually propped up against the bookcase that holds my +/- 200 workout DVd's and videos).
