I've been consuming these wonderful bacterias from yogurt and feeling very healthy doing so. I'd like to try milk kifer grains.

Looked on the internet for milk Kifer grains and there is a lot of people selling them, but wanted to ask you all first where the best places are to purchase them.

If by any chance you are sharing them I can trade a bar of homemade soap for your milk Kifer grains. Just send me a message.

Any suggestions?

Kefir Grains

Hi Janie,

I actually just purchased water kefir grains and a Kombucha SCOBY from Marilyn the Kefirlady. She is absolutely wonderful to deal with. I am new to fermenting these beverages. My experience with Marilyn was 100 percent positive. HTH. Good luck!
