A new 70 min. cardio workout featuring warm up, 30 min. of INTENSE hi/lo and 30 min. of INTENSE step, cool down and stretch.

Maximum Intensity Strength 2:
A new 75 min. total body heavy weight workout featuring warm up, leg work (done all at once as opposed to interspersed like it was in ME or MM), then chest, tris, shoulders, back, bis, abs, and stretch.


These two could be on one DVD which could feature a bonus circuit workout combining chapters from both workouts.
