I FINALLY ordered it! Just a few minutes ago! I have wanted this one for-freakin-ever but kept shying away from it! Well, I finally took the plunge!

I also ordered HSTA & I re-preordered the new stuff. I had cancelled my initial preorder a few months back...don't know why. It was a silly thing to do!

So tell me people...I am gonna survive MIC or what!? }(

I think you will survive MIC, but HSTA, that is the question. I find that workout to be really really TOUGH!!!! There is a great premix of just legs and Cardio and it frys your legs. I like MIC, but I find it just a tad too long for me and it is definitley dated. But, don't get me wrong, it is a tough workout and you definitley feel accomplished when you are done. Your credit card is smokin}(

MIC has some kind of dread factor for me. I think I'm just not a big hi/low fan. You will survive though ;) You might be admiring the carpet close up but you'll survive! I love love love HSTA. I affectionately call it leg press hell. Wheeeee! Have fun tiggy :)

MIC is fun, Rhythmic Step is awesome. Imax1 is okay. But singing goddess is right it is dated, I think Imax1 is the mosted dated it makes me think of a bad 80's video. I don't think I could ever do anything any has labeled leg press hell. I hate leg presses, they make me so winded. Have fun with your new purchases.

THAT'S IT Deb! I couldn't think of a word as to how I felt about it. Plain and simple it's DREAD! LOL!

RS is awesome tho Wendy. Lots of fun to do. And you can incorporate the Challenge for a short cardio wo.

You will love MIC! The combination of hi/lo then a solid step routine followed by a short blast challenge really melts the calories off. I do MIC when I need a really good cardio burn and I burn on the upwards of 500 calories with this one}(
 
Wendy, don't let these downers scare you off! You bought some really great videos. I love all of those actually. I, personally, think Interval Max is harder than Imax2. There are som intervals that are just killer! I also like MIC, a lot, it is a GREAT cardio workout. Oh, yeah, and I would say that HSTA is leg press hell, but in a good way :)

This dvd is a must-have for your cardio workouts.

This morning I did IMAX intervals 1-5, and MIC step portion. It's a 72 minute workout that left me drenched from head to toe. Even my sweat towel was soaked by time I was done.

You'll take your cardio to a whole new level.

There's one part of MIC, during the highest part of the hi/lo, where I honestly feel like I'm going to have a seizure:p

But don't let that scare you off. It's an amazing workout! And I think that Imax is really good too. Tougher than Imax 2. The music and clothes are a bit dated, but then again, there are lots of the newer workouts where the music makes me groan...

I did MIC Sunday and I agree with Sandra, it will take you to a whole new cardio level. There are times when you think "is she ever going to quit"!!! Watch the girl on your right across from Cedie, she looks like I feel towards the end,}( }(

Do you have the Power Hour DVD with BodyMax? I've put the step portion of BodyMax together with the step portion of MIC and that is one killer step workout.
 
Actually, I don't like the step part of MIC too much, so I'll sub the step part of Body Max or the last 5 intervals of IMax 2. :) Have fun Wendy! There's nothing like a new workout to get you going!
