Maximum Intensity Cardio and Strength pain

These videos should be used with plenty of caution. I guess I thought I was in better shape than I am. MIC nearly made me throw up yesterday, and MIS today has rendered my arms useless and I am typing this post with a pencil in my mouth!LOL
PLEASE tell me that I am not the only one.
 
I hear ya!!! I did MIC last night. Dang!!! When did hi/lo get so hard?!?!? The step part is alot easier, but by the time the end of the step section came around, I was running on fumes. Almost had to tell my poor doggie he wasn't getting a walk last night. Ended up taking him anyway, but just 3 or 4 blocks. I was wiped out!!

I did MIC on Wednesday. My body was telling me to not do the very high impact hi/low, so I did the video to up the Medium Impact floor work and then skipped to the step routine, which I was able to do on a 6 inch step. It pushed me hard, but not so much I felt sick.

You are not the only one -- trust me -- that high impact floor work is just way over the top for me.

I do not enjoy the hi/low in MIC. I love the step part, but the hi/low is not only boring, it hurts my feet during the very high impact.
