March Rotation - TGIF Mar 10

I used my new barbell pad for hte 1st time today with S/H legs. What a great difference. I was able to go heavier causedit didnt hurt my back. I had 35 lbs on and I usually don't do more that 25. I'm sure I could do heavier, but I'm not sure that I could lift a heavier bar over my head!

I'll rest tomorrow, and start the 2nd rotation week on Sun. Phyllis

PS Has anyone seen Les Miz? Reviews? We're going Tues night.

Good Morning Girls!

Well yesterday I did KPC with DD and her friend. Lots of fun. Today instead of a steady run for 45 mins. I will ride a bike with my son into town (14 miles). I really am trying to sculpt my legs so I think this will help. My body fat seems to be going down again so I am pleased.

this morning i did 45 mins on the treadmill. i will also add on s&h shoulders later on today.

phyllis- i have not seen the play myself but i've heard alot of good reviews from folks i know that have seen it. enjoy!

Hi, ladies. Sorry to be so quick, but we're running LATE!

1 hour (over 6 miles) run this morning on the TM! Got S&H legs tomorrow to finish out week #1 of this rotation! YAY!

Good morning everybody!

Sorry, I was too busy at work yesterday to be able to check in. I did S&H Legs yesterday and my quads are sore today. I will do a 30 min stretch today and CM#1 after I didn't had time to do so yesterday.
TGIF and it's my Friday off, yeah! ;-)

Hey girls. What a glorious morning! It was 60 degrees when I went out to run this morning. It's soooo nice to be outside again. I'm just thinking about my poor legs. Last night kickbox, this morning a run (which they haven't done in over a month), tomorrow S+H legs and a cardio yet to be determined. DOMS are sure to follow.

Another update on HRM. I'm a bad bad girl. The battery thing, before I found out I could fix it, had me thinking about what I would like in my next HRM. Well I ended up buying the Polar F11 online last night. I still had money in my paypal account from selling my excess exercise DVDs so I sprung for it. I'll take the old A5 and leave it at the boat so I don't have to remember to bring it with me each week.

Phyllis: Your post reminded me....I found some pipe insulation in our basement (the rubbery type not the foamy type) and tried it on my barbell and it's working pretty well.
