Good Saturday morning, ladies. How is everybody today? The sun is shining here in Eastern PA and there is NO RAIN forecasted for a WEEK! That means LOTS of outdoor activities on it's way! YEAH!

This morning was PS Legs & Abs, which I LOVED! First time I'd done it and really liked it. I gotta say that the quarter deadlifts section really was the most informative deadlift info I've gotten from Cathe's workouts. She pointed out some things in that section that were new to me and that surprised me. I went HEAVY HEAVY with the weights and still felt like I could have gone heavier (I will next time). I'm really concentrating on those heavy weights, as you can see.

I wanted something for upper body (specifically triceps) without an entire workout, so I dropped and pumped out push ups. First 25 on toes on the floor. Then wanted to concentrate on triceps more so I did the last 3 sets of 25 SLOWLY, very slowly, at an incline on my step bench. "OUCH" said the triceps! LOL.

OK, sorry to ramble...in one of those moods. Feeling strong and healthy and ready to GOOOOOOOOOOO!

Have an awesome Saturday!

75 Push ups Gayle!!! You must be feeing VERY strong today:7

I did PS L&A too. But no extra pushups. However I did add on sets to static lunges & squats. I kept my wieght low except for the 1/4 DL which I can handle more weight with. The PS series has long been a favorite of mine, but I haven't done it in over a year. I may do it again next week instead of GS because it may be possible to fit in 5 days cardio more easily. Not sure yet though.

Good Morning Fit Chicks!

Today I wanted to do a full body workout and some cardio...so I decided on BodyMax as that should cover all the bases! I can't wait for BodyMax#2!

Gayle: Rockin' workout...way to go! The PS series is my 2nd favorite right after the GS series.

Judy: Great workout for you too....extra static lunges!!! They KILL me!

Hello to all that follow....have a great Saturday!

Good morning ladies and happy saturday!!

Gayle- rumble on, we're listening:) you are one strong lady!
Judy- i found i really love ps legs also, especially after not having done it for a long, long time.

Today i did HSC, i know it's not in Cathe's original march rotation but since i just got it, i just had to add it in and i absolutely loved it. It kicked my butt in a different way. Everytime i get a new Cathe workout i am totally amazed by this woman. not only does she deliver with great workouts she always know when to add those encouraging words to keep you going:) .

Have a great day to all that has posted so far and all to follow.

Great job, ladies.

I am laughing at myself because with last week's S&H series, I said I was going to continue with that one this week. Now with PS this week, I am saying I'm gonna continue with this one next week! Next week is GS, right? I'll probably fall all back in love with that one as well! LOL

LOVE THIS ROTATION! Love the heavy weights! I might have found my niche! LOL

Gayle

Gayle, way to go with your pushups! You did 75 on your toes?!

I decided to lay off any weights today because of my neck, so I did one of AJock's mishmoshes. I did her turkeyday one. It starts with 10-10-10 WU, kick, and hi/lo. Then SJP hi/lo, followed by SB blasts. Finishes with HST cardio only and IMAX3 blasts 1,7,3,6,9. Phew, my legs are feeling rubbery!

I'll start the thrd week on the rotation tomorrow, but I'll do GS legs instead of chest and tris(it'll give the neck a little more time) Have a great day. Phyllis

Gayle, i couldn't agree with you more. i say the same after each series of workouts. i am contemplating doing this rotation again next month. going heavy is what my body needed!!

Good morning all! Today I had a 40 minute run and coremax. After Lowmax, Kickboxing, PS Legs and running over the last four days I have to say my lower body is fully worked out! Although I enjoyed what was on this past week's rotation I'm looking forward to the rest day tomorrow.

Gayle: I'm in Delaware and finally seeing spring on the horizon has given me that mental boost too. If it weren't for quilting, I don't know how I'd survive winter. Looks like you had a great workout today! BTW, I remember seeing you on the roadtrip and was sorry I didn't introduce myself. I recognized your user name from the WW boards.

Judy: Extra lunges and squats after PS legs? You are tough. The inner/outer thigh stuff with the body bar did me in. For me, there was nothing left after that.

SunnyD: I like HSC too. It's so different than most of the other workouts so it's nice to throw that one in on occasion just for the change of pace.

Phyllis: I remember that mish mosh. It was fun.

All: Are we ready for GS workouts next week? Good thing GS Chest and Tris is scheduled after the rest day. My core is usually sore for a couple days afterward from those drop set pushups.

Have a good one everybody.

TK, I am NOT very good at all with names and faces. A face I can remember (usually) but not always, but a NAME...FORGET IT! LOL

As for the road trip, when the next one rolls around, I'm planning on doing many things differently, including introducing myself to a BUNCH of board members here. I got home from that trip and believe it or not, a few people emailed me saying they wanted to meet me but didn't get to, and that REALLY surprised me. So, thanks!

Now, as for GS next week, BRING IT ONNNNNNNNN! LOL. I am ready and willing. I will be switching the week around just a BIT because I have a 5K race I'm running on Saturday, so I'll tweak the week just a little by moving the workouts around different days, but keeping everything. Does that make sense?? LOL
