Attention Cathe Live subscribers, Thursday March 21, 2024 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “Iron Upper Body” Live! Are you ready to pump some iron? Get ready to push, pull and pulse your way through this intense upper body workout with moderate to heavier weight.
Equipment Needed:
A full sized step (to be used as a weight bench)
Moderate to heavy weight (we’ll be using 5-15lb dumbbells… but if you prefer heavier for back, chest and other muscle groups have it handy)
A barbell with the ability to load heavier for exercises such as dead rows and bench press
A mini mat or fitness mat
