Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday March 14, 2019 at 9:15 am EST we’ll be doing “Stacked Sets Upper Body ” LIVE!! This is an intense upper body workout (very similar to the LITE DVD version) in which you’ll take a few exercises for a couple of body parts and repeat them twice before moving on to the next body part grouping and exercise selection.

Equipment Needed:

A full sized step with three risers under each side (to act as a weight bench only)

5lb -15lb handweights (or up to 20lbs if you have them at home)
