SB is one of my favorite WO's, so that was today's choice. The time just flies!

Hi, Phyllis. Great job on SB! I have the 60 min favorite cardio tomorrow, and was thinking of SB as well! We'll see.

TK-THANKS for the run last night! I logged 4.5 miles, 40 minutes. I didn't really want to stop running. I get into my groove by 3 miles or so and feel really good and smooth, but I was afraid if I went longer, I wouldn't get up early this morning! LOL

GS Legs this morning, heavy. I'm trembling walking up my stairs now! LOVE IT!

Good morning Phyllis, Gayle, Judy and all who follow! :)

I had cardio on my schedule for yesterday, but I didn't have enough time for 60 min. straight and I was planning on SB as well :-( .

Today I did GS Back and Shoulders and I will do Biceps after work today. If DH starts working at 5:00 am I only have about 30 - 40 minutes to workout in the morning x( , oh well, the extra money is nice to and I normally can split up my workouts.

Good morning ladies....

Everyone is doing SB, at first i was scratching my brain to figure out which workout you are talking about and i believe it's Step blast??? unfortunately i don't have that one. well today i had to switch around my workouts because i have a interview today and i just can't lift (esp. legs) in the early a.m. I did Kickmax today, got my heartrate was up!! I will also add in some core work later this afternoon. tomorrow i i will do GS legs...i can't wait. i think that's my favorite leg workout.

Judy-you are brave to do cardio and legs on the same day:)

Good morning fellow rotationers! This morning was GS Legs. It's been 2 hours since I finished and my legs are still wobbly. Tomorrow for my cardio I think I'm going to do Lowmax followed by intervals 6-10 from IMAX2. That combo was on the Jan rotation and it was a killer.

Thank you Gayle for keeping me accountable too. It was a really good run for me last night. It will be nice when the clocks change so we can have more daylight at the end of the day. Towards the end of the run last night I was struggling to read what was on the HRM (still need to figure out how to turn on the backlight!). We'll have to challenge each other again. You game?

TK-I'm game!!!! Absolutely!

And, I MAY consider doing something like you're planning for Low Max and IMax 2. Perhaps Step Blast and then 6-10 of IMax 2.

You're not good for me! LOL
