This morning, for me, was KPC. Then I added on Leaner Legs, because I really wanted a good lower body workout before Saturday's S&H. I was dripping as well! LOL
I have some major DOMS in my mid-back, between my shoulder blades, and LOVE IT! I don't get DOMS there very often, so it's a NICE change. Sick, aren't we??? LOL
