Mar Rotation - TGIF Mar 24

Phyllis-Must be the day or something, cuz I'm feeling off-key as well. HMMMMMM...

I ran on the treadmill for an hour this morning, over 6 miles. Felt sluggish to start, but I knew if I could get to 3 miles, I'd lossen up. I did, but as mile 6 approached, I felt sluggish again. I'm moody and PMS'ing, and I didn't eat well yesterday. PERHAPS THOSE are the reasons I'm sluggish! LOL. Focussing on eating well today. MUST FOCUS.

I have my 5K race tomorrow. I'm shooting for 26 minutes. We'll see. My plan for tomorrow is to run up to town where the race is, pick up my number and stuff, and jog around town for a little bit so that when I get off the starting line, I'm warmed up and loose! Wish me luck!

Good morning fitness friends,

today i did ctx step & intervals, 10 mins from ctx abs and later i am doing seg 2 from stretchmax. i still have doms in my hammies & inner thighs. it must be something going around, i too had a hard time concentrating.

Gayle- i wish you the absolute best of luck!! i am contemplating running a 5k (for the first time in life) sometime soon. i will need pointers.
 
TGIF girls! This morning I felt like doing something fun so I chose Christi Taylor's Totally Cool Step. I worked up a good, happy sweat. She always puts me in a such a good mood. I followed it up with the abs from the same DVD. The abs weren't as hard as Cathe's but we did a ton of core work in Kickboxing last night so I think I'm covered.

Gayle: best of luck in your run tomorrow. Wow, you are really going for speed! Is this a a personal best time you're trying to beat? I'll be thinking about you while I'm out running tomorrow morning.

Phyllis: is your neck okay now?

Sunny: Yeah, the first time I did GS legs my hammies were tender for days and days! I think it was those deadlifts from the edge of the step that did it.

Tomorrow I haven't decided what to do besides the run. I usually do a mondo workout on Saturday just because I have the time. Maybe I'll tack on a circuit workout. Hmm I'll have to think about that...
