Well, today was the last day of this rotation for me. I completed PLB premix up and then worked on TC step by Christy. TK, i'm still trying to get those moves. I'm currentyly stuck on the mambo straddle. I wish the move master had music also. I think that would help me. I recently ordered the fantastic four and eagerly await its arrival!

I saw an interesting rotation posted by fitnessfreak call getting ready for summer. Anyone see it? Looks like a possibility.
SunnyD, what do you think of your weighted vest? Is it hot? cumbersome? pricey? just curious TTFN Phyllis

Good luck with Christy step moves. I really haven't done any other step than Cathe since I started her workouts in the 90's.

I am going to see what Cathe comes up with for April, before I decide on a rotation. I have learned that I prefer to change up rotations every month instead of every 6 -8 weeks. Just when I've had enough, It is time to change.
Today is a 4.5 ot 5 mile run out doors and abs. Tomorrow will be the finalday with PLB and 30" cardio choice.

Phyllis-WTG finishing out the rotation! Awesome. Great job.

Judy-I'm waiting to see what is in store for April's rotation before I decide as well. I get the urge to switch things up just as the month is winding down!

I broke down last night and bought sneaks off the internet, at shoes.com. I bought the Ryka Circuit XTs in 2 different sizes and I'll return the one that doesn't fit. I'll let you know what I think!

As for my workout, today was a scheduled rest day but I didn't rest. LOL. I wasn't 'ready' for PUB either (was going to move it up one day), so I did CTX kickbox followed by a 35 minute interval ride ont he stationary bike. Feels good.

I'm not sure how my workouts will fall into place for the weekend, since DFiance and I are taking our 4 kids out and about all day tomorrow, but I WILL DO THEM BOTH! Even if I have to double PUB and PLB on Sunday! LOL

PUB today. It was so pretty this morning I was sooo close to calling work to tell them I'd be in late. It would have been a great morning for a run. Instead of doing supermarket shopping after work, I think I'll do it at lunch so I can sneak a run in today before it gets dark. and YAY, the time changes this weekend! More light in the evening hours.

Gayle, the Ryka XT is the same model I bought. This morning was the 4th day using them and I think they are finally breaking in some. They felt a little stiff up till now. I'm still deciding if I like them.

Phyllis: You are going to like Fantastic Four. My favorite of those is Step Heaven. There's a mambo move I had trouble learning on that one. You step off the end of the step and then mambo around to the other side. I must've rewound it 20 times before it finally clicked! Also, how is the running with your daughter going?

Judy: I'm with you. I like to change up the workout routine every 4 weeks. I get bored so easily!

I did 40 mins on ellipitical and PUB today. glad my workout is finished for the day.

Phyllis-wtg, on finishing the rotation. i bought my vest off ebay for $30. so not to costly. it doesn't make me sweat anymore than cathe already does:)

I too like to switch up every 4 weeks as i start to get bored. I am anxiously awaiting to see what cathe posts for next months rotation.
 
Hi, ladies. I ended up getting a second cardio workout in today. I ended up with both my boys at friends' houses this afternoon and I had over 90 minutes of FREE ME TIME! That like NEVER happens to me.

I laced up, changed into running clothes and OFF I WENT. 1 hour and 6 miles later, I was good and sweaty! LOVED IT!

I saw Cathe posted an April rotation, that I might like to try, with added upper body in. If I decided to do that, I'll have to do PLB tomorrow and PUB Sunday so that Monday's scheduled workout for the new rotation flows well. Thoughts???

I went to zappos.com and ordered 2 pair of Rykas, the Enlights and the Circuit XT. I'll pick the one I like the best. TK, I went to DSW, tried on the XT, but they didn't have my size! I came home and ordered onlne thinking that I can always send them back. They do feel soooo cushiony (sp) I can't wait to get them. I'm thinking that I won't like the Enlights as much b/c they're hitops. Phyllis
