Make-up return follow-up

Success! Thank you to those who gave me the courage to do the return.

The Laura Mercier manager was there and he said he wanted to make me happy and show me what Laura Mercier could do for me, regardless of whether I returned the stuff or not, so I let him work on me. By the time I walked out, I did love the way my skin looked, but it took a lot of negotiation and SOOO many products that were so expensive, in the end I think I'm better off trying a different line of make-up. Unless it performs some kind of miracle, it's simply absurd to spend that much money on face paint.

I am so glad it all worked out. You know someone used to use the expression "borrow worry" referring to worrying about something that has not happened. I like that expression and use it to myself a lot. Your situation just reminded me of it.
