My legs are absolutely screaming at me right now!! It's all good, though. I did, however, refuse to use the paper plates, call me crazy, but I have this thing about placing my feet on something you're supposed to eat off!

Cathe looks simply incredible, after STS especially!! You wouldn't know she just completed filming an incredible workout, her energy is boundless

It was great fun, and only served to wet my appetite more for the road trip, as I passed by the Japenese restaurant where the lunch will be.

If your legs felt like mine did, Beavs, you'd be whining, too...I swear Cathe was a torture expert in a prior life, and it just carried over!:eek:
 
I'm curious, what was the class called? Is it one that she's planning to do at the RT?

The Wednesday class is called High Step, and is similar to her High Step Training DVD, if you want to check out the video clips.

I read somewhere where Cathe designs specific class for just the road trip, I'm sure the coordinators on the RT forum could give you better info if you posted your question there.
 
I was curious, since she had worked the paper plates into the workout. (I have the High Step DVDs...and they are hard enough for me without paper plates!)

Last year she did put in new stuff from the new DVDs before they came out (4DS), which is how I ended up tripping all over myself during part of the step workout. Later Cathe offered to show me some of the moves one-on-one, and I (STUPIDLY) said no, that's okay, I'll get it eventually. (I didn't want to bother her.) And I did get them eventually at home, but I passed up the chance to have Cathe teach me the moves herself! D'oh! What is wrong with me???:p

edit: looking back over the names of the classes she plans to teach, I'm willing to bet that "Lower Body Blast" is going to involve some of those paper plates and/or some of the new plyo moves. Yikes!
 
Cathe made it very clear in class today that the plates weren't necessary before we began, so I didn't have to try and hide behind someone...:)
