Low Impact Steady State and Bootcamp (both no step, please) and Endurance

You are THE best.

I would love to see a steady state low impact work in LIVE. I love HIIT, and I've found that incorporating one day of steady state each week keeps me from burning out. I love Total Body Giant Sets LIVE and would love another similar workout. Finally, I really enjoy your bootcamp workouts, but I have to substitute the step cardio with low impact exercises; I have knee issues. I'm never sure if I'm substituting with exercises that give me the most bang for my buck.
