I LOVE LIC!! It is probably my favorite Cathe workout. The music is great, the moves are great, it's just great! Not to say I don't like C&W. I like that one too and reach for it often but like LIC better.
C&W was one of my first Cathe workouts besides the beginner workouts, and I have a soft spot for it. I also discovered from wearing my HRM that it burns more calories than I would have expected. I like the LIC cardio, but I still like C&W better.
I really like LIC a lot. The combos are fun and the weight work is different. As far as C&W goes, I really don't like this workout at all and have just kept the DVD because it has Imax 2 on it.
I really enjoy both, but probably prefer C&W a little more. Something about the whole Intensity series has an awesome feel. Love the set, the music, etc. C&W isn't as high impact as some of Cathe's others so that's a plus for me as well, and it's also a little shorter in length. However, lately I've used LIC quite a bit so, like I mentioned before, both are great.
I recently had to sell alot of my workout due to financial problems but those two workouts are the two out of four that I kept. So in other words...I love them both.
I have a soft spot for C&W- it was my first Cathe workout from FitTV that I did over and over and over. It's still a fun workout and I always look forward to it- it is a wee bit less intense than a lot of her others so there is zero dread factor.
I like C&W better. I find the choreography more interesting and the abs are better. Both have pretty good music. I like LIC more for the strength work and C&W more for the choreography. LIC has good band work. I like the total body premix on LIC.
