I just downloaded the Lose It! app which is very cool, and I wanted to start to actually use Cathe's Workout Manager. I use workout manager for roatation and for entering my STS info in, but I dont use any of the other features. I think you need a computer degree to figure it out! I wanted to enter my weight and calories and all that. Is there a tutorial or anything? The tutorial that I found just talks about STS and one rep max. Thanks!
