Logging in to the forum

Is anyone else having an issue logging into the forum? I used to be able to stay logged in but now the site logs me out every time I close the browser and I have to log back in every time. A couple of times it wouldn't log me in and just kept returning to the login screen. This started a couple of days ago.

I would suggest clearing your browsers cache and making sure you're using the secure https://cathe.com/forum link to access our forums. You will also need to make sure you check the "keep me logged in" check box on the login page.

Yes. Another lady in our check-in has been having the same issue. Not sure which browser she's using. I use Chrome and Firefox (better luck with Firefox) Clearing cache, cookies etc. does not always remedy it.

I agree. I clear the cache frequently and I always check the "keep me logged in box".

The other thing you have to make sure of is you're clicking on forum links with https only. Old thread links in a post can cause an issue because they're using http not https. Many user's also have old bookmarks that use the old http and I'm sure there are tons of old links on our website still pointing towards http. There are also pages in our forums that are not converted to https yet and that too can be causing a problem for some people. Lastly, clearing cache and perhaps cookies will certainly solve most of the problems for most of you, but in some cases this may not work because of a hard cache. We will keep an eye on everything and certainly keep us updated with any issues you're having. My best guess at this point is that some user's are accessing the forum or Workout Manger pages that are still http and this may be causing them to be logged out. But not really sure at this point as we haven't been able to duplicate the issue
