Lo-Max 2

How about making a Lo-Max 2? I love that workout,it really gets it done. Like someone else suggested another Kickbox. Love both KPC & KM. Leg conditioning drills are awesome.

I'm always whining about how much I'd love more Low Max... A LOT MORE. Oh Cathe, please do a big, fat series of low impact step routines. I really need lots of super heart-challenging step routines (that don't destroy my joints) to compliment all my Cardio Coach workouts. Low Max 2, 3, 6, 9, 13... I'm not kidding. I can do light hops but, at 47, plyo just ain't happening.
