Laure, do you know if the Heidelberg PX sells DB? I need like 35 lb.and do they sell DB racks? Grafenwoehr PX only have 1 set of 3 pounds and 8 lb.! Sad isn't it?

They do, but it's hit or miss. The best sporting goods store in Germany (IMHO) is Mainz-Kastle. I bought these (with the stand) there:

They weren't cheap, but they paid for themselves in very little time. AAFES sells them cheaper than the website. I got the 52.5 lbs. each
 
Hi Laura, sorry it took me that long to answer; DH came out of the field this weekend! I just saw on the Pentagon Cannel “Fit for Duty” that you can use plates instead of dumbbells! My barbell goes up to 300 pounds, I have plates from ½ to 45 pounds and the good news is they have handles! That should work, right? The dumbbells you posted, I can’t use.The handles are too bulky for my short hands! Thanks!

Hi Catherine, YAH, I am excited! :eek:I need to hurry up with my 1RM! I am still working on those! I wished I would have started earlier!:rolleyes: Oh, well! Are you done with your 1RM?
