Good Morning!

Went to check in yesterday but didn't make it that far. I think my boss came around. Things need to be tightened up some but it could be alot worse.
Im up to get my workout in before work. Going to do BC weight work and 5 mins interval runs on the TM. If I soon don't get my butt moving I won't make it very far!!!

I may be able to return later. I have a busier day at work then usual but i should find some time after lunch for a little chat time!

Afternoon Friends,

DD brought home snack mix last night from church and ended up eating all the nuts out of it right before bed. x( Oh well, just have let it go and do great today!

Did CC #4 This morning on tired legs. Workout was 47 minutes, 4.09 miles traveled, 158 average heart rate and 689 calories burned.

That's about it from here!

Linda, at least they were nuts that were full of protein and fiber and not something bad. :)

Today I am going to the gym w/ one of my friends. I haven't seen the inside of a gym in almost 5 years! I am going to work in the child care center so that I can have a free membership for wonderful DH and I. :) I will do a short run to warm up, do some legs, and then hit the treadmill again.

I am eating chocolate as we speak. }(

Missy - You're allowed to post, you're allowed to eat chocolate (only if it's dark), but absolutely no eating chocolate and posting at the same time. It is not fair to to those of us who are try to abstain!
