For those that have done both the Nov LIS rotation and January's LIS/STS Rotation, how do your results compare? I was curious if your upper body maybe lost strength/definition with the Nov rotation since it seems more lower body focused and/or if you didnt get as lean with the Jan LIS/STS rotation because it doesnt seem to have as much cardio/daily calorie burn?
