LIS Series and types of workouts

Hi,

does anyone know where I can find out the type of workout the individual workouts in the LIS series are? I think there was a thread on this somewhere, but I can't seem to find it.

I would like to know which are strictly "cardio" vs Circuit etc

Anyone remember where to find this? Thanks!:)
 
Hmmm...I don't know where the thread is that describes each individual workout, but you could try clicking on the LIS series at the top of this page and it will take you to the list of the workouts (for sale) and you can click on each one to read the description.

I think that slide & glide and low impact challenge step are more cardio, less circuit. And cyclemax if you have an indoor bike option. Afterburn, cardio supersets, and Athletic Training are more circuit.
