Ok, ladies, what is your experience here? I am putting together my next rotation and I really want to focus on fat loss, before that extra five becomes an extra 10 and I am passing out while trying on bathing suits in the dressing room.

I am thinking I could get max results with some combination of circuits and intervals (and of course CleanEatingMax). What are your experiences with this? What has worked for you?

Thanks for the input,
Marie

When Hardcore first came out, Cathe had a fatloss rotation with just the HC series. I did it and it kicked my bootie! I lost about 10 pounds and needed to lose 15 total, so that was pretty good! You can look it up in the rotations.

I am finding right now that it really comes down to the eating. I can exercise for weeks 2 hours a day, but just maintain if I don't keep the food in check. You already know this, I am sure!!

Good luck with the last few pounds!

Take a look at Cathe's Jan 2006 rotation. It was a tough one but it really gave me good results. I'm thinking about doing it again next month just to get a leg up on bathing suit season.

I found putting in one IMAX and one Circuit Max per week with my regular program to be very effective.

Hi Marie,

If you are really, really serious about MAXIMUM FAT LOSS then I would suggest (based on my personal experience) the following:

1. Honest Clean Eating 5-6 small meals per day. One cheat MEAL/week.
2. Water, water, water.
3. Target each muscle group for a complete workout vs. total body muscle conditioning or circuit workouts.
4. HIIT starting 4 x week x 20 minutes, then 5 x week x 25 minutes, then 5 x week x 30 minutes until you reach 5 x week x 45 minutes then start over at the beginning. (Do not over train with hours of staedy state cardio)

So for a week, assuming that you have clean eating and water down:

Mon- S&H Legs + Calves, IMAX 3 Blast Only 1-6
Tues- S&H Chest/Tris, IMAX 2 Blast Only 1-6
Wed-Rest
Thurs-S&H Back, Bootcamp Cardio + Abs Only 1-10
Fri-S&H Shoulders, ME Biceps, Kickmax Bootcamp Challenge

HIIT can be done as a second w/o later in the day if time doesn't permit but I always do weight training first.

Maybe some light steady state cardio that you enjoy over the weekend.

Then as you get used to this format, play around with the Pyramids, but working one or two muscle groups/day.

HTH, it has worked very well for me, I have a lot of energy and get a lot of sleep.
