Good Morning Gals

Today was KPC, just interm. intervals/high intensity intervals/combos 1,3,2 (in that order, I was tired when I set the workout blender!!**hee hee**) and then the stretch! I feel all off today because I forgot to set my alarm last night:eek: I woke up at 5:30, cursed and jumped out of bed!!! I usually wake at 4:30, hit the snooze and am out of bed by 5 (a little before) so I ran down to the basement and started working out without eating anything. Good thing it was cardio today. I like to have something in my stomach before lifting. But now I just feel like I'm playing catch up all day, because I didn't want to cut my workout short so that made me late for the shower, bfast, waking up DS11 etc.!!!whew!

My DS pitched again last night and his team won the game. They are undefeated.:7 :7 :7

Gin~ How was LL today? I really like that workout, another one thats short sweet and to the point! Hope we aren't posting the same time!

Marcy~ Did you workout today? So glad your back:)

Meals:
preworkoutS: none
bfast: 4 pancakes, orange
snack: cliff bar
lunch: prepackaged veggie, cottage cheese doubles and a banana (My standard lunch when I eat at school)
snack: not sure yet.
dinner: It is the schools shabbat dinner for the nursery school teachers and students and even though I checked off vegetarian, I hope I don't end up witha plate of pasta and no protein.

Here is the 4DS rotation I was thinking of doing:
I want to include HIIT, maybe burn some fat/calories that way

4DS 3 weeks
Pyramids 1 week

Weeks 1-3

Mon: Chest & Back/LIS abs

Tue: HIS/LIS cardio only

Wed: Bi& Tri / shoulders

Thurs: HIIT/stretch of choice

Fri: Kickbox/Boot Camp cardio/ KB abs

Sat: Legs only premix/segment 3 of stretch Max

Sun: OFF


Week 4

Mon: PUB

Tues: Cardio Kicks or KPC

Wed: PLB

Thurs: HIIT

Fri: Power Hour

Sat: Drill Max cardio only

Sun: OFF

Then I was thinking of doing 3 weeks of PS and the 4th week PUB/PLB. Unless of course we like a Cathe rotation. I don't think we will see STS before August.

What do you all think?

Hi Ladies!

No workout for me today. But I did do one chinup. I might workout later if I'm not too tired. I had a really bad night's sleep so I got up too late to do anything.

DH put together our computer desk today. It's so nice not to lay on the floor. Our bedroom is coming together nicely.

I did some more unpacking today.

Deanie - The rotation looks good to me but I'll probably do Tracey's Parts series instead of the Pyramids. Congrats on your DS's undefeated record!
