OMG I just finished 5 out of 7 segments of Keith Weber's Extreme Kettlebell Cardio Work Out and I have one word for you....AWESOME!!!
I did the man maker, upper body blast, leg burner, swing workout and the core workout. I used my 15# bell for man maker, upper body blast and core and the 20# for the leg burner and the swing work out. I am going to try to use the 20# for everything next time. }(
