OMG I just finished 5 out of 7 segments of Keith Weber's Extreme Kettlebell Cardio Work Out and I have one word for you....AWESOME!!!

I did the man maker, upper body blast, leg burner, swing workout and the core workout. I used my 15# bell for man maker, upper body blast and core and the 20# for the leg burner and the swing work out. I am going to try to use the 20# for everything next time. }(

Anyway, thank you soooo much for the recommendation! LOVED IT, girl!:)
 
Oh, Wendy! Hooray! I'm soooo glad that you liked it! I was really worried b/c I would have felt so bad if you had tried it and hated it! Doesn't the time just fly by? He says that he's borrowed a few moves from Anthony, but he puts them together in different ways, so it really is a totally different workout from The KB Way/Providence and AOS Newport.

I forgot to tell you that I printed up the description of the workout off of his website and I keep it out when I workout so I know what's coming.;-) Like you, I use my 15# for the upper body stuff, and my 20# for the lower body stuff.

Every time I finish this workout, I am totally DRENCHED in sweat! }(

Do you also have AOS Newport with Anthony? That one is also awesome and so much fun!! It has great music! I ended up ordering it on Amazon to get the free shipping.

I'm still holding out on getting The KB Goddess workout you mentioned b/c I don't have the matching set of 15#'s to use for it. I have a feeling that I will cave soon, though! ;-)
 
I plan to get this DVD sometime. One at a time for me right now though. I tend to go crazy buying workouts and I gotta watch the bank account! lol.

Nope, I don't have Newport yet but it's on my wish list along with Firepower!}(

Workin' with 2 bells is awesome!

Hi Wendy -- I know -- I want Firepower, too! Ah, shucks, you're totally enabling me in thinking about getting two bells! ;-)
 
Hey Leanne.

Just wanted to inform my enabler that I have some major DOMS in my core and my legs and arms don't HURT right now but there is a definate "stiffness" to them, if you know what I mean. I was feeling my abs last night already. I KNEW I was in trouble! I haven't had DOMS in my abs like this since I first did Ab Ripper X in Jan of 07!!!}(
 
Ooh, Wendy, so it was definitely an effective workout then?!}( I'm so glad that you enjoyed it! It's on my schedule later this week as my KB workout, and I can't wait!

Once I finish up this week (the last one of my current rotation), I'm going to try to start using my KB a few times a week. It's so much fun, isn't it?
