Just wondering what I am better off doing if I am trying to get leaner. Am I better off doing a rotation such as Fitnessfreak366 has just posted in the rotations for January 2007 where I am changing what weights I am doing each week (eg gym style one week, pyramids next week, slow and heavy the next week) or doing gym style for a full 4-6 weeks before changing to say slow and heavy or does it just not matter. Thanks for any input.
