LEANER LEGS/ LOVE HANDLES

Spot reducing is not possible. It comes down to losing fat via diet and cardio. You can certainly firm those areas up with any of Cathe's lower body workouts, I like pyramid lower body, and butts and guts. Core max is a great ab workout.

Analyze your diet and see where you can make some modifications - do you eat a lot of simple carbohydrates? These include sugary foods, white bread, pasta, alcohol - if so, try to reduce these foods and focus on complex carbs; veggies, fruits, whole grains (very important to include these foods. Low carb diets are not the answer, especially if you want energy for your workouts). Protein is also important for muscle development - try lean sources like fish, poultry, and pork (3 oz. is a serving of meat, the size of a deck of cards).

All i can say is work out and eat good. Sometimes we have to zip our lips.. The love handles disappear with the layer of fat...
It is hard some days, but you can do it. Time, hard work and patience...
