Hey,

Just wanted to see how your diet was going, hoping you are doing well and found ways to tweak the boring parts of it :)!
 
Hey yourself! I just started it today. I must admit it was quite a pleasure eating cereal for breakfast. It's the first time in years I've had cereal & boy have I missed it! I thought it'd be way too much food for me but surprisingly I'm already hungry again. :p I have an orange banana smoothie waiting in a thermos for my snack. Another food I've really missed--bananas! :9

You've done the abs diet, right? What I'm wondering is, what do I do when my night mtgs screw up the schedule? Like, if I have to work from 7-10 pm, is it still OK to have a snack after I get home? Say, at around 11 pm? I'll be awfully hungry by then........

I'll keep you posted--I'm hoping I'll have some real progress to report by the end of the week!
 
I haven't actually ever done it. If you have late meetings and you want a snack at 11 thats fine I think. I personally don't think it matters what time you eat just the quantity in that time and overall. I think it would probably be better to have the snack if it's alotted for you in your diet because if you don't you will probably wake up ravenous in the am and that might throw you off the next day.
