I haven't actually ever done it. If you have late meetings and you want a snack at 11 thats fine I think. I personally don't think it matters what time you eat just the quantity in that time and overall. I think it would probably be better to have the snack if it's alotted for you in your diet because if you don't you will probably wake up ravenous in the am and that might throw you off the next day.
