LOL Deana! You are so cute.......I've told this story before but my name has a history. My screen name used to be Maximus, which is my pug's name. When I went on the 2005 road trip everyone kept calling me Maximus and, well, I wasn't crazy about being called a dog's name. 
One of the road trippers suggested I combine my first name w/Max's name, & I thought it was cool b/c it was Cathe-related too.
So how did you pick your name?

Oh ok...I remember your dog is Maximus.
I picked DeanaMax because i once I get into something like exercising for example, I get pretty extreme about it. My ex got through life by always doing the minimum and would tease me when I got "into" something, he said I was wearing my Maxi pants. and of course, the reference to the Cathe Maxes.
I have a dog named Doodle. I guess I could've went with DeanaDoo. But for some reason it doesn't sound as extreme. : )
