I just wanted to thank you girl. I have lost 8 pounds so far on Atkins. Weight Watchers had me so stuck. I have only 5 more to go to get to my goal! Yay.
One question. When you start to add a few more carbs, is it better to eat them earlier in the day? Or spread them out? Or does it really matter?

You go girl! Congratulations--I'm so glad it's working for you! You must feel so good about yourself........:)

Having a sweet tooth, I always save my carbs for dessert at night. I think as long as you phase them in like the program says & keep up w/the exercise, it doesn't really matter what time of day you take them in. Keep up the good work!
