wod: the dl was surprisingly easier than I expected. went up nice and easy:) as did the 57.5# press!!

eta:officially finished the 603's 5 weeks of PTTP, but since I am going to do 12 weeks total, I am going to start all over with week one on monday doing the buy ins and cash outs again.....

bbl, I will be stuck in the house, my toaster oven part of my stove isn't working right and I need to wait for the repair man. first problem with the oven since we bought it in '01, so no complaints!:)

Good Afternoon!

Where is everbody today??? I did Tracy Anderson's Mat Workout this morning. Wanted to do Cardio Barre but didn't want to deal with the frenetic pace. The arm work in this one doesn't seem to be getting any easier although I managed to use 3# for all the weighted arm work. I also did 3 chinups.

DH is sick with a low grade fever. I hope I don't catch anything. Went to bed early last night and recovered from watching the Yanks on Wed.

Deanie - I really don't like the Cash Out!:eek: Very pukeworthy! Good job on the deadlifts!:)
