KPC/L&G premix

I HAVE to work legs today, and pretty hard, but I also need cardio. Unfortunately my DS is sick today and now my DD just came home not feeling too hot so I don't have the 2 hours needed to get a good w/o in. Does anyone know if this premix is good enough for a leg day? I want to w/o but I don't want to feel like I slacked today, I've never done this premix. Thanks for all the input:)
 
There are several KPC/L&G premixes, so I'm not sure which one you're referring to. My favorite is the 82 minute premix.

I haven't done this DVD in a while so sorry I didn't specify:-( That's pretty bad that I didn't know there were more than one premixes on the tape. I have recently just started using some of the premixes and have been using B&G for legs for the most part. The 82 minute one, heavier on cardio or legs, or equal? I don't know if the kids will allow me to go the full 82 minutes without pausing the DVD. I appreciate your info:)
