KK's March Check-In

Morning,
Today was combos 4-7 of Low Max, then first 2 combos of Amy Bento's Advanced Step Challenge I. I like her choreography too. Want to get her 2nd Step Challenge after I master the next 2 combos of the ASCI.

Tax appointment wasn't bad at all. Pleased about that. I was expecting a lot worse.

Karen, sorry you didn't get the writing in yesterday. Stuff just happens sometimes. Glad everyone is okay. Enjoy Supersets today, that one will make you happy!!!

KK, all you need is something low at first to put your foot on. Then progress from there. Eventually, and quickly you will be able to put your legs chest high. Sounds hard, but it isn't. Good luck on your writing.

Jeanette, glad your taxes are not as bad as you thought.

Rhea, How are you doing? Hope you are getting a well deserved rest.

Today is arms, shoulders, biceps and triceps. WHEW!

It was Supersets today and I do love that workout. Tomorrow is cardio and stretch and Janie, I'm gonna try that foot up and see if I can get a little stretching going there.

It again wasn't a great day for writing. I really have to get my schedule down -- I can't really afford to have bad writing days. x(

Jeanette, when I can, I'm going to get som Ami Bento workouts -- I've been looking at her in collage for quite a while now. And having you talk highly about her puts her at the top of my list. So glad the taxes weren't bad. Deep breath.

Janie, sounds like you're keeping up the workouts really well. Yeah, I really must get over whatever is going on with this writing and get down to work.

It was the cardio only -- very 1st part of Body Max 1 today -- that's really a fun workout -- I love the warm up on that workout. And I managed to write 5 pages today. Unfortunately for me the page count per day has gone up to 10 a day. Deep breath.

Morning,
Yesterday I overslept so no workout in the morning. However, I did get a hill climb in on my bike and survived that okay. First one of the year is always tougher. Today was GS Legs. That's a great workout for legs.

Janie, anything coming up in the garden yet? How is Joey doing with the workouts? Wish my DH would start. He talks about it, but nothing yet.

Rhea, hope the tiling is coming to an end. Bet it looks nice.

Karen, I don't have BMI, only II. Hopefully you can get your nose to the grindstone on the writing today. How's the finger?

Just thought I'd pop in and say "hi"!

Been really busy. DH left for a Sacramento golf/conference and won't be back until tomorrow morning, so I've been hustling! Got a lot done. (tiled, grouted, painted) Won't tell him how much even though he keeps asking. Frankly, I'm 99% done. A little bit of grouting on the floor baseboard tiles tomorrow. Also there will be some more work when DH gets home since he is bringing me some trim tiles for the shower stall. I forgot about how I was going to trim out the edges and therefore forgot to buy anything to do that! Oh well. When I get less exhausted I will see if I can upload some pictures. No workouts for me except house construction. I think it has been enough. I've sure slept well.

Well,I had better get back to cleaning. Everything is covered with dust and it is driving me nuts.

Have a great weekend. I'm off to Carmel on Sunday with DH and won't be back until late Monday.

It was a premix of SJP for me today, but for some reason my TV unit here skips on the SJP premixes and so I had to go to the chapters in order to get a full workout. But I do love SJP. Tomorrow is cardio only from Bootcamp 4DS and Sunday I plan either Cardio & Weights or Boot Camp from Intensity series. We'll see -- was tired today, but i got in 5 pages. Still now great. Must buckle down and do more.

Jeanette, the hill climb sounds wonderful -- bet it was beautiful. I do like BM1 -- Cathe's energy in that is terrific. The finger is doing so much better -- still has a big bandage on it, but it's all better. Thanks for asking.

Rhea, have a terrific weekend and fun with your DH. Carmel is supposed to be so beautiful Enjoy! Well done on all you got done -- bet DH will be proud. Go Rhea!

Janie, yes, is your DH still exercising with you? Hope so. I'm still looking for seed stock and stocking up on it for my garden when I get home.

Today was Cardio & Weights and yesterday was anaerobics with Bootcamp 4DS.

Okay, so Sunday's is when I look at the coming week -- and here's the plan this week:

Mon: IMAX2
Tues: 4DS -- HIS
Wed: 4DS -- LIS
Thurs:4DS -- Bootcamp
Fri: 4DA -- Kickbox
Sat: Cardio & stretch
Sun: Off

Sometimes I take a day off during the week and then exercise on Sun -- but anyway that's the plan. Hope you all had a great weekend. Wrote 5 pages yesterday and 6 today -- 10 pages target on the pages, however. Have a super day!:7
