Hello. Seeing as your '06 series focused (mainly) on longer circuit workouts with lighter weights, and your latest series (both of which I LOVE) focuses on shorter cardio segments and heavier weights, I was thinking your next series might focus on longer cardio workouts and either one total body weight workout, or simply an all core workout. Something to the effect of:
KP&C 2 - 45 or so min. of intense cardio kickboxing.
Steady State Step - in the vein of Rhythmic Step or Step Blast featuring 3 step sections and then a challenge incorporating all finished products at the end.
Total Body Weights - either Muscle Endurance 2 or Muscle Max 2.
These three workouts could each end in an intense ab section - or - you could think about making a Core Max 2.
Also, I for one would love to see an updated MIC 2 - super intense, athletic hi/lo followed by an intense, straightforward step segment, and an Imax 4 - but I know I can't have everything...
