Melissa::: Fun workout! Glad you are enjoying the new toy! when I did ETK the first time I used the 16kg bell for swings, on my variety day I swung the 20kg. It made the 16kg easier to swing and helped me get thru ROP!

Rhonda::: good job getting some workout in! don't worry, I'm sure you will get back into the swing of things after the holiday. and remember, every day starts with a clean slate!!:):)

Today I continued with PTTP, I felt confident I could dl the 180 pounds, so I went with it. I was able to do it for the most part.....(see below). now I am not sure, since I hit a new pr with a new weight, if I should continue for one more week with the cycle I am in now, or cycle back and start a new cycle for 2 weeks to finish up the program? If I continue, I will start next week at 180 and take it from there- seeing how i feel with how much to up the weight. if I cylce back, I would start at 165 and build up hoping to hit another pr by the end of 2 weeks. either way I will start etk on time.....thoughts????

I don't know have anything planned for today, and am honestly a little tired from staying up to watch the game (YAY COLTS!) But if I do something you'll be the first to know. ;] I am sorta enjoying vegging out with DH right now (we are both on our LTs in bed, him working me playing, with Little Man between us).

I did get a little kettlebell workout in last night. Tonight it's more of the kbell. I'm looking forward to next week when I can get back to working out HARD, for longer than 20 minutes and not watching the Golden Girls at the same time. Maybe I'll have Shock Cardio by then.

Today is our Christmas luncheon at work. Yuck!! I do not want to go. The only good thing is that we will get our annual Christmas bonus of a $300 VISA gift card. I can't figure out how we can afford to give out gift cards when we are doing so badly. It's even $50 more than last year. I'm not complaining but still...they are suppose to layoff some people soon.

I also heard that my boss is getting everyone something extra. Usually he just gives gifts to his management staff (me and 2 other Directors). I usually get $$$ from them but who knows this year after the stuff that happened last month.

We also do a dirty Santa. Since the ladies are out numbered last year we bought all girly stuff because the guys all would give tools.

I did Cathe's Boot Camp Cardio premix this morning and Spring, Summer & Fall (and a little bit of Winter) from Yoga Radiance. Wasn't able to do the tripod headstand but did manage side crow and bird of paradise for about two seconds. I love bird of paradise but this is the only DVD I've seen it on.

Rhonda - I have all of Amy's kickbox DVDs except for Rumble (I heard it was too slow and I didn't think it was going to be for me.) Kickbox Surge is easier to pick up choreography wise than Kickbox Xtreme but I find it to be very high intensity. A couple of the surges are high impact with some tuck jumps. Otherwise, its low impact but high intensity. There's a good ab workout but I usually don't have time to get that in. I also like her stretch. The whole workout is 74:30 and it has about 6 premixes.

Deanie - The holiday party was great. Lots of good eats (but didn't go overboard) and there was a white elephant gift exchange which is lots of fun (and this year was limited to a holiday decorative theme which worked out well). I would up with a nice wreath in purple and green with holly berries. I always love purple and green together. Those are my bedroom colors too. You really amaze me with your deadlifts! Congratulations on a new PR!:D

Jane - I hope your boss gets you your something extra. I finally got a full bonus this year which was nice and sorely needed. I didn't get my tracking notice yet for Shock Cardio. I picked Ground Shipping. I assume that's UPS. My invoice # is 2140. I hope you get to have a good, tough workout tonight.

Melissa - Congratulations on your new bell! I'm sure you'll put it to good use.
