Kettlebell Workbooks from AoS

Just wondered if anyone has the workbooks from Art of Strength either the Strength in Motion Training Manual or ETK...The Workbook? Are they pretty good/informative?

I have the ETK workbook and just finished the 12 week rotation from it. I enjoyed doing it but am glad it's over. I gained strength and endurance from it (although I didn't lose weight, actually gained but diet was really bad). I did really well with pullups and chinups and am now able to get through all of Newport. I gained definition in my arms and back.

I have to admit I did get bored with it but there is some room to put in your own variety.

ETA: It's basically a rotation with pointers and suggestions for modifications. You do 4 weeks of Turkish getups and swings with active rests (which he gives you ideas or you can make up your own). The next 8 weeks is the Rite of Passage which consists of Clean & Press, Pullups, Swings and Snatches (with varying reps and rests). Each week builds in intensity and reps. You also do sections of Providence and Newport eventually leading up to doing the whole workout. There are also variety days.
