Good Morning

I did the workout Melissa and Gayle did earlier this week, today.
It was a puke worthy workout- I liked it!:p:)

Week 10 day 5
optional/variety day

buy in:

* grind: snatch, windmill, tgu
* alternated 3l/3r
* 25# kb

WOD:
* 2 chin ups or pullups
* 4 pushups
* 6 clean and jerks (3l/3r) 16kg

cash out:
* overhead walk w/ 55#


NOTES:
buy in: as Rx
WOD: tough workout!!
*completed 11 rounds and 2 pullups
* first 3 rounds did unassisted chin ups, the rest were assisted pullups:)
cash out: was only able to do 120 ft :(

on a side note, today completes the second full round of crossfit 603's pttp program. on monday I start back on their program- following only the buy in and cash outs- at week 1 day 1, though for me it will be week 11. I am only going to do 12 weeks of this program.

Hi Gayle and Jane!!!

Today is a rest day, and I am having a hard time. I ate so much junk last night and I feel like I should do a hard workout today to burn it off, but I have also done three days in a row of tough workouts so I don't want to risk overtraining. I will not worry about it, though, because there is no such thing as fat. There is no such thing as fat. So, therefore, I can't have fat thighs.... who am I kidding, my thighs are big anyways, like one night will kill anything! :p:p:p:p:p

Deanie - Happy Channukah! I saw someone on FoodNetwork yesterday making sweet potato latkes...OMG they looked so good! Great workouts yesterday and today! :cool:

Melissa - Great workout yesterday! WTG on the pull ups. I usually sub those two rounds as well, I like what you did with it.

Waves hello to Jane, Marcy and Rhonda!

No workout yesterday. I went to my regular chiro appointment first thing, the spent the day working on the kitchen. I got all of the doors, drawers and other peices and parts installed. :)

My sisters picked up their dogs last night, so the house is back to normal, but needs a thorough cleaning...that may end up being my workout. :eek:

Hi Everyone!

I missed checking in yesterday. I was at my parent's house all day yesterday and didn't get home until 6. I didn't feel like working out after that.

A funny thing happened at the grocery store yesterday with my dad. He is pushing the cart and dressed in a big puffy beige coat and a camo baseball hat. He has a weeks worth of beard on his face. Up ahead there is a blonde little girl sitting in the cart she starts giggling and points at my dad. She says "Santa". I turn to look around me and there is no one there. I turn back around and realize she is talking about my dad. She keeps laughing and saying "Santa". Her dad said, no that's not Santa. I'm laughing. My dad does not look like Santa. Even though he has a white beard it did not look like a "Santa" beard. Actually he was Santa to me and my sisters and so the little girl did get that right.

Today I did HSC. It's dreary and raining out today. I'm at my parent's this week so I'm packing and trying to get the presents wrapped for our adopted family.

Happy Channukah Deanie! I'm singing the Channukah song for you!!
