- Jump rope, 5:00 - white rope, 3.5 minutes

- 30 squats
- 25 sit-ups
- 20 push-ups
- 15 American KB swings (24K/16K) used 24K
- 10 pull-ups
- 5 ring dips (don't have rings, so I did tricep dips)

- Jump around a bunch - no time, running late
